It’s much more complex, full and juicy compared with the leaner Jacob’s Creek. The Pacific Rim has a lovely fresh floral aroma and it tastes of peaches and other stone fruit. This is a delicious, bright, crisp and refreshing wine that ends with a long finish with hints of citrus.

This would be a great pair with sushi, spicy Asian cuisine and other light fare.

This wine has a floral nose full of apricot and honey with juicy peach and honeydew notes and a lemon-lime finish. It is tasty, well-made and likeable, but I found it “fat” – semi-sweet, low-alcohol, low-acid. New wine drinkers will love it.
