Construction Update VI

August 8, 2007

Two more weeks to go and it is like a bee hive in there. Last tanks going up, glycol lines getting hooked up, offices getting painted, scale in place… It just looks great. Here it comes, the first winery dedicated to Riesling in the US!

The crush pad is finally coming together. The press has been delivered and the hoist is in place.

We have now received most of our tanks and we should have them all in within one week. Things are now coming together rather quickly. Still on time for a second half of August completion.

Well, things keep moving forward at the winery site. We have plumbing and electrical going up right now. We are getting close to pour the crush pad to receive our new press and hopper. It is mid-June already and we have 10 weeks left to get everything done before harvest.
