Wineries join green revolution – The Times – Tribune

In a lightweight, small carbon footprint glass bottle, Pacific Rim 2007 Riesling is made from organically grown grapes. This wine has a floral nose full of apricot and honey with juicy peach and honeydew notes and a lemon-lime finish. It is tasty, well-made and likeable, but I found it “fat” – semi-sweet, low-alcohol, low-acid. New wine drinkers will love it.
