As a wine lover/consumer, I've been around the block on this issue and no longer pay any attention whatsoever to scores. In fact, I don't even seek out wines that I necessarily like (or that someone else likes). All well made and preferably "natural" wines, like people, are beautiful (or at least interesting), and I want to get close to as many of them as I can. No one deserving of any respect rates friends or lovers before they are acquired, and I believe we're better off as a result. I do want to know, though, how wines are made -- too many wines (and critics) are impostors these days!

Yes, I do pay attention to WS scores.
85 or better, but not 100% of the time.
I find that I can still buy wines for $6 (on sale) that are rated 85+.
90+ is just silly.
