Shari,

Thanks for visiting the blog. Mt Steiman is a great enthusiast of Washington State wines in all its incarnations. Since we specialize in Riesling, we've picked up his Riesling comments but of course we respect any other Washington wines. They are often very nice and very good especially for the price!

Best,

Nicolas

Kudos to Washington State and to the wonderful, luscious, beautifully balanced Rieslings they are producing! But let's not overlook the Merlot's, Chard's, Bordeaux blends, and Syrahs- great stuff! And thank you to Mr. Steiman for also recognizing this.
I run a major wine competition (no charge for wines to enter) here in South Florida and visited Washington last year to buff up the Washington State entries. How excited I was when Vin du Lac Chardonnay took best of show for white wines!
Keep up creating such incredible juice.
