		<description>We had a few friends over for wine tasting and tapas/meze/canapes the other night and they ALL loved the Sweet Riesling(esp. the ladies!). Our first time we bought two cases of it...and it won&#039;t be our last, I can assure you! Thank you for a truly enjoyable wine. 
I am now going to try the Dry Riesling...and your Sparkling, IF I can find one!!!</description>

We stop the fermentation at about 7% Residual sugar. We only convert 14% sugar and therefore get 8-9% alcohol. The trick is to stop it at the right time. It is a bit like stopping a train at full speed, it requires good brakes and foresight...</description>
