Just a typograhy correction: On the first page of your Riesling Zealotry section, in the lower left where the link to the cities is, Wiesbaden is spelled Weisbaden. Picky, picky, I know, but I firmly believe it makes a difference. I was born in Germany, visited cousins who live in Wiesbaden and I’ve been teaching since 1964!

Katherine, just saw your comment. Sorry it took so long to answer. We have caught that mistake as well and corrected the spelling in the third edition. I went to Wiesbaden last summer to personally apologize!
